DETAILS:
In the early morning hours of December 26, 2009, suspect, Robert Joe Bean III, had sex with a 19 year old white female adult without her consent inside of Bean’s apartment located at 928 SW Bridge Street, in Grants Pass, Josephine County, Oregon. No physical injuries were reported.

A thorough investigation by the Grants Pass Department of Public Safety (GPDPS) was conducted, resulting in Bean’s arrest on January 6, 2009, on the charge of Rape I. Bean was lodged at the Josephine County Jail.
